As the year comes to an end, I want to share a few things that I believe will set you up for success in the new year. Specifically, the action steps successful practitioners use to gain momentum now and throughout the year.

So many practitioners are stuck. They’re staying in a place where they’re not happy, not moving forward. That can be in so many different situations from not getting the patient outcomes they want, to not earning the income they deserve, to working 50, 60, even 70 hours a week. They’re trapped! These practitioners aren’t seeing their family; they’re not living their best life.

Does this sound familiar?

The healthcare system may be in crisis, but that doesn’t mean you have to be sitting in a place of mediocrity while the system just stagnates. There are many options out there.

Successful practitioners see this and continue to move forward thanks to certain traits and characteristics. We’ve identified three action steps successful practitioners take as they move to a new period, whether that is a new year or a new quarter.

In this video, I’m sharing:

  • The three most important action steps successful practitioners take to grow and maintain momentum during the year.
  • Why the New Year is already too late to start setting and taking action on your goals.
  • The importance of micro-decisions in achieving your ultimate goal.
  • Three traits you need to take action on your goals.
  • The self-sabotaging belief that holds many practitioners back, despite their best efforts.

Life is so short. There is nothing worse than going another year knowing that life could be better. It really is just following a few simple strategies to move forward, and that is exciting. It is an opportunity for everyone.
